Joe Turcotte is a Maine-based Republican political consultant who never backs down from the tough fights.

For over a decade, Joe honed his skills waging hard-fought campaigns for Maine Republican leaders like Governor Paul LePage, Senator Susan Collins, Congressman Bruce Poliquin, and countless Republican candidates.

In 2020, Joe served as the Maine State Director for the Republican National Committee running field and GOTV operations. He was responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and managing 23 full-time staffers and 20 interns; the largest Maine Republican campaign ever.

Joe worked work candidates, staffers, and stakeholders on the most coordinated ground game in Maine Republican history. His team never missed a campaign voter contact goal the entire cycle and was praised by RNC leadership for excellence in the field. He developed and implemented the largest voter contact operation in Maine history producing over 600,000 doors, 2.3 million phone calls, and 10,000 volunteers in a state of 1 million active voters.

Under Joe’s leadership, Maine is officially a presidential battleground state by winning Maine’s 2^nd Congressional District Electoral College vote, re-elected U.S. Senator Susan Collins, and helped gained 11 seats in the Maine House of Representatives.

Before working for the RNC, Joe worked for the Maine Republican Party from 2014 to 2017 as Political Director and State Field Director under Chairman Rick Bennett and Chair Dr. Demi Kouzounas.
